- When making a purchase in the store, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case-sensitive. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.
- If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete order.
- If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
- Discount codes and gift CARDS can be used together.
- If you want to buy a gift card for someone else, simply forward the gift card E-mail to the recipient.
- Please note that the gift cards are non-refundable once sold.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Veecircle offers easy and hassle free returns. In the event that you order the wrong size or colour, or simply don't like the band you received, you have 30 days to return it (providing it is unused). Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Just contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return your order, and we will supply you all the return details.
For returns we can offer a replacement item, store credit, or a full refund (note that refunds will be processed to the payment method originally used for the purchase).
Should your product be defective, damaged, or you have been sent the wrong item, we will happily exchange or refund the product. Veecircle will cover the return shipping in these circumstances.
We have a 1 year warranty on all our bands. For faulty bands we can offer a replacement item, store credit, or a full refund (note that refunds will be processed to the payment method originally used for the purchase).
